Join us on Saturday, October 21, 2017 for the NAMI Valley Walk.
The community is coming together at the Arizona State Capitol grounds, 1700 W. Washington St. in downtown Phoenix.Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. The walk starts at 9:15 a.m.

You can sign up for either the 1.2 K or 5 K walk.
Get details on each walk route on our “Routes and Directions” page.

You’re welcome to bring your dogs, but they must be kept on a leash. And, owners must clean up after their pets. We’ll have wading pools and water along the walk so your four-legged friend(s) can enjoy the event and stay cool.

Prohibited items
For the safety of all the participants and spectators, the following items are NOT allowed at the walk:

  • Helium balloon
  • Glass containers
  • Alcohol
  • Fires
  • Weapons

Parking at Wesley Bolin Plaza
Plaza parking will be open until 8:30am.
Note: If you park at the Plaza, you won’t be able to leave until the walk is completely over.

Parking behind the State Capitol Buildings
Take 19th Avenue to Washington Street (between Jefferson and Adams Street)

Turn East onto Washington.  You will turn Right into the parking area.
If you reach the cul-de-sac, you went a little too far.
Note: Don’t park in the cul-de-sac. Your vehicle will be towed.

Drop-off area
If you’re dropping someone off, take Van Buren Street to 17th Avenue.  Go south on 17th Avenue and drop off at the barricades.

Note: There’s no parking allowed in this area.
